1. Does your company test on animals.
Jordana Cosmetics is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products on animals, nor do we allow others to test on our behalf. Additionally, we require our suppliers to certify that the raw materials used in the manufacture of our products are not tested on animals. Our Brand is certified by PETA's Beauty Without Bunnies Program.
2. What forms of payment do you accept?
Accepted Payment Methods:
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
3. What happens if the product I order becomes temporarily out of stock or backordered?
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order you will be notified via Email and not be charged. Please feel free to add it to your next order.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

Difficulty in processing payment information
Cannot ship to address provided
Duplicate order was placed
Cancelled due to a customer request
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an Email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
